Return Policy

JEM Systems refunds orders with a 5% restocking fee when order is returned within 30 days of shipment.

A 4% transaction fee will be charged for orders that were paid with a Credit Card.

If the order contains products that have to be specially ordered and we don’t carry in stock, there will be a restocking fee of 30%.

JEM Systems does not accept returns for orders past 30 days of shipment.

Only accepts returns of items sealed and unopened.

In case of product malfunctioning, products can be replaced under the warranty conditions mentioned below.

We provide a 1-year warranty from the shipment date of products ordered.

Our warranty will cover full replacement of all units and cover return shipping charges of all products purchased from JEM Systems.

Once we receive the package we will confirm the serial number of the product. If this product matches the items ordered we will send replacement accordingly
