The VESDA VSP-COT-KIT is a clean out tee kit for 3/4 in. CPVC aspirating smoke detection sampling pipe. Fitted at the detector inlet, it gives one reachable point to clear dust from the pipe network: close the ball valve to isolate the detector, remove the brass plug and connect a vacuum or air tool.
- One CPVC tee with 1/4 in. threaded inlet
- One 1/4 in. brass plug
- One 3/4 in. ball valve to protect the detector from backflow
- Standard 3/4 in. CPVC pipe interface
- Install the tee no higher than 6 ft above finished floor
A maintenance access fitting; not for VESDA-E VEA microbore tubes.
