The Simplex 4003-9832 is a 4003EC remote microphone paging station with a black microphone on a beige plate. The operator turns the key to ON, presses the microphone button and speaks; the station reports to an existing 4003EC Emergency Communications voice control unit.
- Push-to-talk handheld microphone on a coiled cord
- Simplex B-key switch
- System status lamps: normal (green), trouble (yellow), alarm (red)
- 24 VDC system power: 23 mA standby, 30 mA alarm/paging
- Plate 8-3/4 x 5-1/8 in. (222 x 130 mm)
- Mounts on a four-gang box at least 1-1/2 in. deep (by others)
More than one remote microphone requires 4003-9834 expansion modules (up to 18 per system). 4003-9833 is the same station with a red plate.
