The Siemens PSX-12 (part 500-034120) is a power supply extender that adds 12 A at 24 VDC to a FireFinder XLS, Desigo Modular or Cerberus PRO Modular panel. It expands the main PSC-12 power supply rather than replacing it, and as an addressable module it reports terminal loading, ground faults and its own failures to the panel.

  • 12 A at 24 VDC over two terminals: one power-limited at 4 A and one non-power-limited at 12 A, total not to exceed 12 A
  • Universal 120 to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz input; 3.5 A max at 120 VAC, 2.0 A at 240 VAC
  • 150 mA standby current at 24 V; no backplane current
  • 18 A breaker on the battery input; 15 to 100 Ah batteries
  • Up to three extenders per PSC-12, in one of four module spaces in a CAB enclosure
  • UL 864 and CAN/ULC-S576 listed; 32 to 120 °F

No battery charger: charging is handled by the PSC-12. Do not confuse with the PSX-12M (S54430-C27-A1), the Cerberus PRO Modular variant that pairs with a PSFA.
