The Fiplex by Honeywell BDA-TP20-L2 is a 20 dB high power RF tapper for passive DAS and ERCES antenna networks. It splits the input unequally between a through port and a branch port so designers can balance signal levels along a coaxial run. Tappers are much smaller than directional couplers, saving space in junction boxes.
- 136 to 960 MHz: VHF, UHF, 700 and 800 MHz public safety bands
- 20 dB nominal tap (100:1); through loss -0.4 dB, branch -20.1 dB
- 300 W average power; input VSWR 1.25:1 max
