The Edwards SD-TRM is a magnetic remote test station for SuperDuct series duct smoke detectors. Duct detectors usually sit above a ceiling, so the station is mounted in an accessible spot to show alarm status and start the detector test with a magnet.
- For SuperDuct conventional 2-wire and Signature duct smoke detectors
- Red alarm LED behind a clear lens
- Test started by holding a magnet against the station (SD-MAG magnet sold separately)
- Switch rated 200 VDC, 0.5 A maximum; LED circuit 3 VDC, 30 mA maximum
- Wire size 12 to 22 AWG
- Mounts on a 1-gang box, or a 4 in. square box with a 1-gang cover
For 4-wire SuperDuct detectors use the SD-TRM4; the keyed version is SD-TRK.
